OTHER COST: provision with official letter from university of studies on the date, time, applicant’s arrival flight to the airport; notification about students arrival to the Department of Border Guard Service of Russia in the airport; arrangement of students’ meeting and pick up by our representative; transfer to the city of study;hostel assignment. Enrollment in studies and registration.
